EPRScope, operated by Aurorum Ventures, provides packaging EPR information and workflow software. This policy explains the information we collect through the public website, demo, and access-request forms.

Information we collect

When you request access, we may collect your name, work email, company, approximate entity count, product interest, the page that generated the request, and advertising or referral attribution such as UTM parameters. The public demo uses fictional sample companies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage, page performance, demo starts, and lead conversions. Analytics technologies may use cookies or similar browser storage.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, evaluate product interest, improve EPRScope, measure marketing effectiveness, protect the service, and operate customer relationships. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, analytics, and email delivery. We limit access to information to what is needed to operate the service and use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
